INCREDIBLY, STATE CONVENTIONS SUPPLANTED STATE LEGISLATURES WHEN RATIFYING
WASHINGTON'S
TOP SECRET "CONSTITUTION." IT TOOK ONLY 9 MONTHS FOR 9 STATE
CONVENTIONS
TO RUBBER STAMP HIS "CONSTITUTION," WHEREAS IT TOOK
26 MONTHS
FOR 10 STATE LEGISLATURES TO RATIFY THE BILL OF RIGHTS!!

Independence Hall was originally called the Pennsylvania State House and the Liberty Bell was housed in its lofty tower. The bell rang out when independence was declared on July 4, 1776.

The Pennsylvania State House was
renamed Independence Hall.

In May 1787, 55 delegates gathered in the Pennsylvania State House to amend the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union.

Instead, they tore up the Articles and drafted a totally new and different document!

13 delegates "smelled a rat" and returned home;
3 refused to sign, and only 39 signed the final top secret "Constitution."

George Washington dominated
the
top secret Convention.

That was 16 less than the 56 who signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776....3 delegates endured the stench to the end but they refused to sign: Elbridge Gerry of Massachusetts and Virginians Edmund Randolph and George Mason. On his way home after the Convention George Mason was almost killed in a "carriage accident!"

The first meeting of the Continental Congress in City Hall took place on April 13, 1784, and Congress moved to Philadelphia in March 1791.

City Hall was renamed Federal Hall in 1789 and
"His Excellency" first held court there!

While the top secret Convention was underway in Philadelphia, the Continental Congress was meeting in City Hall, New York City.

Jacobite on steroids Arthur St. Clair was President of the Continental Congress.

Only 2 Presidents of the Continental Congress signed the "Constitution:" Nathaniel Gorham of Massachusetts and Thomas Mifflin of Pennsylvania.

George Washington was inaugurated at the renamed Federal Hall on April 30, 1789. The first battle for a Bill of Rights took place in Federal Hall, with George Washington and James Madison leading the opposition....Congress moved to Philadelphia in March 1791, and the Bill of Rights was finally approved on December 15, 1791....Unfortunately, on November 17, 1800, Congress moved the capital to its present 10 acres site stipulated in the top secret "Constitution."

The first Constitution, or Articles of Confederation, prohibited any changes or alterations . . . unless ratified by the legislatures of the 13 states:

Every State shall abide by the determinations of the United States, in Congress assembled, on all questions which, by this consideration are submitted to them. And the articles of this confederation shall be inviolably observed by every State, and the union shall be perpetual; nor shall any alterations at any time hereafter be made in any of them, unless such alterations be agreed to in a Congress of the Unites States, and be afterward confirmed by the legislatures of every state. (Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union, Article, XIII).

The new "Constitution" bypassed the state legislatures entirely:

The Ratification of the Conventions of nine States, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the States so ratifying the Same (U.S. "Constitution," Article VII).

There is a world of difference between a legislature and a convention. Here is the dictionary definition of LEGISLATURE:

A body of persons having the power to legislate specifically an organized body having the authority to make laws for a political unit. (Merriam-Webster's Dictionary).

Here is the dictionary definition of CONVENTION:

1 : A meeting of people for a common purpose: a teachers' convention. 2 : a custom or a way of acting and doing things that is widely accepted and followed. Follow the conventions of punctuation in your writing. 3 : an agreement: a convention among nations. (Merriam-Webster's Dictionary).

Here is a quote from a massive 818-page biography of Alexander Hamilton:

The delegates decided that the Constitution would take effect when nine state conventions approved it. For tactical and philosophical reasons, state legislatures were bypassed in favor of independent ratifying conventions. This would prevent state officials hostile to the new federal government from killing it off. Also, by having autonomous conventions approve the Constitution, the new republic would derive its legitimacy not from the statehouses but directly from the citizenry, enabling federal law to supersede state legislation. (Chernow, Alexander Hamilton, p. 241).

It was an outrageous "lawyer's trick" to substitute the word CONVENTION for LEGISLATURE!

It only took 9 months for the required 9 state CONVENTIONS to ratify Washington's new "Constitution." Congress sent that "Constitution" to the state CONVENTIONS for ratification on September 28, 1787, and it was ratified by the required 9 state CONVENTIONS on June 21, 1788. No state legislature ratified the top secret "Constitution."

A Bill of Rights was sent to the state LEGISLATURES for ratification on September 25, 1789...It was not approved by 2/3 of the state LEGISLATURES until December 15, 1791.

The tyrannical "Constitutional" conspirators assembled in "Independence" Hall, Philadelphia!!

Apollyon has a WICKED sense of humor and he loves to twist the meaning of W-O-R-DS....He calls a Papal regime a "free state," and a country with no term limits for its rulers he calls a "republic."

Captain Daniel Shays
(1747-1825).

Apollyon also likes to give his helpers Biblical names!!

From Sept. 1786 to Feb. 1787 there was a false flag operation in Western Massachuetts called Shays Rebellion.

The "rebellion" was led by Captain Daniel Shays—a soldier in George Washington's army.

The "rebellion" was suppressed by General Benjamin Lincoln—one of the too generals in Washigton's army!

At the "Constitutional" Convention the conspirators clamored for a stronger federal government with a standing army to suppress insurrections like Shays Rebellion!

The Revolution against "tyrannical" King George III began in Massachusetts, but their "Constitution" was one of the least democratic because there were no term limits for the governor, senators, congressmen, and judges!

On May 25, 1787, delegates met in Philadelphia to "revise" the Articles of Confederation....Instead of "revising" the Articles, a completely new "Constitution" was drafted. All the delegates were sworn to secrecy, and George Washington dominated the Convention delegates like Emperor Jesus Constantine at the Council of Nicaea..

On May 25, 1787, delegates met in "Independence" Hall to "revise" or "amend" the Articles of Confederation.

George Washington—the New World Emperor Jesus Constantine—dominated the Convention.

Security was as tight as a Papal conclave, or a meeting of the Politburo at the Kremlin.

"Elder statesman" Benjamin Franklin's presence was required to lend legitimacy to the proceedings, but the lack of air conditioning almost killed him!

On December 23, 1783, "General" George Washington surrendered his military commission at Annapolis, Maryland, so he did not overawe the delegates by appearing in uniform....On the other hand, Alexander Hamilton always carried his dueling pistols.

Judge Robert Yates (17381801).

Governor for life George Clinton sent 3 men to the "Constitutional" Convention in Philadelphia: Robert Yates, John Lansing Jr., and pugnacious Alexander Hamilton.

Patriots Yates and Lansing were horrified at the extreme secrecy of the proceedings, and they soon left in disgust and returned to New York.

John Lansing Jr. disappeared in 1828, but in actuality he was murdered for publishing an account of the secret Convention.

John Lansing Jr. (17541829).

With Yates and Landing gone, that left New York with only 1 vote at the "Constitutional" Convention. Alexander Hamilton was a bastard born in the British West Indies. He couldn't help the fact that he was born a bastard, but he didn't have to behave like a bastard for his entire life.

Hamilton was quick on the trigger, and he favored dueling instead of debates to settle disagreements. As Washington's aide-de-camp, he acted as a second when Colonel John Laurens challenged General Charles Lee to a duel....In 1797, he challenged future President James Monroe to a duel over the Hamilton-Reynolds affair.

Duelist Alexander Hamilton
(17551804).

New York already had a despotic "Constitution" with no term limits for governors, lieutenant governors, senators, congressmen, and judges.

Hamilton urged the Convention to adopt that despotic "Constitution" with just minor changes.

Virginian James Madison is known as the "Father of the Constitution," but he just copied Jay's "Constitution."

James Madison (17511836).

In 1804, patriotic Aaron Burr finally sent Alexander Hamilton to Hades in a duel. Commander-in-chief President James Madison fled Washington City before the British arrived to burn the new capital.

Washington's "Constitution" was just a copy or twin of the New York State "Constitution"

Canon lawyer John Jay is considered one of the most important "Founding Fathers." He helped draft the Articles of Confederation, and he served as President of the Continental Congress from 1778 to 1779. He served as minister to Spain from 1780 to 1782 where he negotiated the top secret Jay-Gardoqui Treaty granting Spain exclusive control of the Mississippi River for 25 years.

He was the first Chief Justice of the New York and United States Supreme Courts. In 1795 he succeeded Clinton as governor of New York.

John Jay S.J. (17451829).

Shrewd and crafty Jesuit John Jay was the author of the despotic New York State "Constitution."

He was the first Chief Justice of New York and the United States!

Under that "Constitution" George Clinton reigned as governor for an incredible 22 years.

No British colonial governor served for longer than 10 years in New York.

New York Governor George Clinton (1739–1812).

Clinton also served as Vice President from March 4, 1805 to April 20, 1812. He had Presidential ambitions because he knew that the position of Vice President was the back door into the White House:

In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected. (Washington's "Constitution" Article II, Clause 6).

If the Bill of Rights was not added to Washington's "Constitution," Clinton might have been crowned the first Emperor of the "Holy Roman" Empire States of America, Inc.

John Jay and subsequent Supreme Court justices could not define the word DEVOLVE . . . so that eventually led to 8 "Accidental" Presidents.

The New York state or the
land of
Shinar
flag with the twin witches!

The Prophet Zechariah saw 2 witches flying to the west to build a house in the land of Shinar.

The land of Shinar is another name for Babylon (Genesis 11:2, Daniel 1:2).

Prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah predicted that Babylon on the Euphrates would be a heap of ruins, so that vision was of a last days Babylon, surrounded by water, and domineering the world through trade and sanctions!

Outline map of the
land of Shinar
or Third Babylon.

According to Zechariah, the twin females symbolize WICKEDNESS (Zech. 5:8), and the New York state flag is a great visual aid link to that prophecy:

Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah (basket) between the earth and the heaven. "Then I said to the angel that talked with me, where are they carrying the ephah?" And he said unto me, "To build a house for it in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon its own base" (Zechariah 5:9-11).

In the Apocalypse, Saint John elaborates further on that prophecy, and describes the third Babylon the Great in detail. She is a merchant who dominates world trade by trading in very kind of commodities, including SLAVES and PEARLS (Apocalypse Chapters 18 & 19).

That indeed is a vivid description of WICKED Wall Street, whose creed has been greed for the past 200 years! For over 100 years Broadway has been dominated by Edomites . . . and they even have a show called WICKED!

Fulfilled Bible prophecy is a tremendous Faith booster and a vaccine against doubt and unbelief. The Jewish Messiah said:

And now I have told you before it comes to pass, that, when it comes to pass, ye might believe (Saint John 14:29).

No matter how hard the wicked thirteens tried to prevent the establishment of the New Jerusalem in the wilderness . . . all their plans have failed!
